Search the paths and hills of Widow's Veil Peak for bandits. Slay any Oathbreaker Bandits or Cutthroats you encounter and return to Guard Captain Stoneforge at Themnwar's Shield.

Regur Goldforges says, "Recently, several of our shipments of food and trade good meant for Bordinar's Cleft have disappeared. From the reports of bandit sightings recently, I believe they are still lurking in the hills, waiting for us to send another shipment."
"I have marked the lcoation of the most recent bandit report on your map. Your help in dispatching these brigands would be most appreciated, but take care; These bandits have defeated our guards more than once, and are no easy marks."

Regur Goldforge says, "We heard the sounds of combat echoing through the hills. Were you able to find those responsible for the banditry near here?"
"Regur Goldforge says, "By my own bear! I had heard a rumor that rogue dwarves had been seen near the Cleft, but I never suspected that they would be responsible for such crimes against their own people!"
"Sabotaging a dam? Stealing food meant for our city? Unthinkable!"

The Guard Captain is located at Themnwar's Shield.
To get to the Oathbreaker Bandit Camp, take the west road from Themnwar's Shield into the mountains. Take the left fork (southweest). It will be up the hill and to the right.
There are around 5 or 6 targets at a time. You will have to kill and wait for a few respawns or head up the road a little further where you will find another group of 7.
The Cutthroats are stealthed. If you don't have high enough wisdom or see invisibility, you may be ambushed.
