Collect Gwartak bone charms from Gwartak boneseers and deliver them to Delga Stone Warden down the Pad from Shaletooth Tower. The boneseers and Delga are found near the Scorched Watchtower.
While we don't quite understand the overall functions of their magics, we do know they include healing and offensive capabilities...The shamans wear small charms made of bone that they use in their rituals...
