A comment is a type of Statement that gives the player Influence but grants the opponent Expression. A Comment is usually represented by the unhappy brunette man, like with Flash of Inspiration.
Certain NPCs utilize decks built on comments alone, referred to as the "poison-machine-gun-comment-deck" by a developer.
Other types of Statement include Assertion, Evaluation, Rebut, Repeal, and Special.
