"You should be able to find these pages on the ulvari in the village below. They may not all be carrying the orders, but several of them will and that's more than enough. They will surely try to possess your soul. Let this be a test to see if you can withstand their attacks."
"Remember, if you see a possessed kojani, do not hold back. Their souls are lost and you will be doing a favour in killing them."
"Find the four missing pages on the ulvari and return to me."

Search the ulvari in the Shining Waves village for 4 different pages of mandate orders. Return to Ish Dai Snowcrane when done.

Kill the ulvari in the burned village below until you've collected all of the pages. Return to Ish Dai Snowcrane and he says;
