Head to the shrines.
At the water shrine, use the container provided in your inventory to collect the water from shrine. It will disappear and be replaced with another item in your inventory.
You just need to visit the shrine of the hunt and the twin harvest.
At the sand shrine, use the item provided by the quest giver in your inventory.
At the shrine of the sun, you will find clickable bones laying around. Collect three and you are done.
