Threntin Albeross is located on the road leading west of Silverlake.
Go the possessed farmers area to the west of Silverlake. Use the pouch on the Dazed Farmers and then lead them to the windmill south of the riftstone. To make it easier to find, bring up the quest and click the Windmill location to set the nav point indicator on the compass.
When you get the mill and enter the 2nd floor room, the Dazed Farmer Attacks. Kill the farmer and collect the 4 body parts that drop. Use the clickable mill inside. Go back the Possessed farmers and repeat two more times.
After the 3rd farmer is ground, you will receive a Bag of Ground Meat. Click on one of the sparkly barrels in the room to receive the final quest update.
Return to Threntin.
